OUR SCHOOL PROFILE
Soundknowledge Schools(Soundknowledge Educational Venture) started on September 22, 2002. We started with 12 children scattered in the Nursery and Lower primary classes only within 3 years we were counting 75 children in the school.
We put our children through Montessori teaching method combined with the Nigerian curriculum and aligning with the Nigeria Policy of education.We make sure children are well briefed to read and write before they enter into proper Primary Section.
We educate our pupils incomputer literacy and got an ICT lab for them. We have well equipped library and well stocked computer laboratory.By 2010 our pupil had grew up to 125.
We engage in extra moral activities like Sports, Cultural classes, Excursion trips (Girl’s guide, Boys scout and Red Cross).
We had gone on excursions to places within Nigeria like, Badagry town and the slave trade section, Olumorock at Abeokuta, Adire making and Local pot making community at Abeokuta and outside the country, contonou and Ghana.
We have been having inter-house sport competition between the spot houses and also on invitation to sport competitions.
We have won awards in quiz competitions within our districts and outside the state. With agitation and recommendations by our parents, we stared our high school (Secondary School)in year 2011. Our total population then increased to 250.
Our children passed with 6 to 8 excellent grades to enter Highbrow Universities and Colleges all over the world. Their marks in external qualifying exam to study abroad are highly encouraging e.g. SAT, TOEFL, GPE, ITELS, e.t.c.
Today we record a handsome number of 450 students in all. We thank God for how far He has taken us.
